Soul & Sea was born from a time in my life when I felt lost, exhausted and ready to give up. Things weren't going right, and I didn't know what the future was going to look like.

Then something changed.

I had an awakening. I began questioning the life I had been living and realised I didn't want to feel programmed, limited or disconnected from who I really was.

I wanted more.

More freedom. More abundance. More peace. More purpose.

And most importantly, I found my way back to God.

I began to believe that God has my back, even when I don't know what comes next. I realised that sometimes changing your life begins with something as simple as choosing to believe — in yourself, in your future and in something greater than yourself.

Soul & Sea is where my faith meets my love of the ocean.

It's feminine, peaceful, beautiful and inspired by the belief that there is always more waiting beneath the surface.

I created Soul & Sea for women who are finding their way, rediscovering themselves, strengthening their faith and believing in a better future.

You don't need to have everything figured out.

You just need to believe that things can change.
